Haveing trouble cooking map in gears editor

Every time I try to cook publish, and error comes up saying "can not load base level" what is wrong with my map? is there a package i need to save first?

plz any help will be appreciated...

There seem to be a lot of problems with the editor

Maybe PM Kantham, as he is an expert.

Make sure when opening the editor, you right click it and select "Run as Administrator"
