Custom Flags

Anyone know how to do custom flags like they have on the 'Rembo's Server'?

OK, I got some help (http://rembo.game-host.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=10996#10996)on how to get custom made flags into a map. Now for the final hurdle of creating a flag in photoshop, and then the editor. I'm thinking export ablank flag, put a logo on it, then put it back in... but I'm not to sure how to go about doing it.
