Rapid fire controllers? Seriously?

Ok so i guess the new thing in this game is rapid fire controllers.People are so ****ty as this game that they don't only need to bridge/force host, glitch out of maps, glitch their ranks, but now they need modded controllers to make them feel good about themselves. Yesterday i played a team that was bridging, they were all level 100's and they all had modded controllers. How do i know? because they admitted it. This game just get worse everytime.

Well of course the 100s use modded controllers! Why do you think I report every fake 100? Its not that Im jealous or care about rank, its that I know that glitching rank is only a stones throw away from lagswitching, bridging, and standbying.

I can't really blame them. You're pretty much allowed to cheat in anyway for this game and not get punished for it.

they could just be a beast at it. my friend always wins chainsaw duels. I went to his house, and he had no mod, and we split screened, and he still always won.

microsoft can't cell the difference, so there can't be anything official done about them.

Okay they may be good at chainsaws but I said a WHOLE clip, that takes a couple seconds to empty even when pressing the button as fast as possible.

still, that's you. uber beast players have no problem. sure, most of them are modders, but that doesn't mean there's a difference that can be made via coding in order to ban them.

That's true I mean check out some people on call of duty for who use G3's sometimes they are really good at firing it and people think they are using modded controllers, but aren't.

I pulled my e-cord a couple times and I went from rank 45 to rank 1. Xbox support says they took my rank for unusual account behavior. Bull%&$. Know a couple other people this happened to also.

even if it was a mod controller i thought gears had a setting for how fast the HB and SNUB could fire regardless...just work out your finger muscles a lil bit more and youll be alright...or....use...cover...

Halo has it, it's the maximum allowable rate a weapon can be fired, and no modded controller can supercede it...

COD 5 manages it, if you fire too fast the gun sort of jams. Only happens to modders. Of course the new modded controllers have a COD 5 mode where it fires as fast as possible under the limit, but it's certainly an improvement.

lolThe solution is so simple a monkey could figure it out. Put a speed cap on the weapons that are single shot / semi -auto. It's not that hard, epic is just -lazy- when it comes to things that actually matter.

Yeah but still, Why cheat? It's just not fun knowing that you're beating other people by cheating.
