Simple question that maybe you guys can answer. I hosted a 4 player campaign from start to finish and didn't get the award or whatever you want to call it for the mutators. My friends got it but I didn't, what's up with that? I did both campaign and arcade modes with my 3 friends and neither time did I get the mutator.
