I lost my manual (cd key probleme)

Hi Its my first post here and I'm not that good in english so Ill try to explain...
I bought the game 6 months ago at Eb Games (canada, quebec), but recently I had to format my PC, so I had to reinstall the game but I completely lost my manual wich the cd key is in, I think my mother put it in the garbage a while ago by accident... Anyway so the probleme is thats I can't play the game anymore, I really want a new CD key and I don't know that to do, I can guarantee that I bough the game... The only proof I can give (its a physical buy) its the picture of the box and the cd, with my name written on the screen : MaxTheWhite and my adresse e-mail : doyon_maxime@hotmail.com

Im Afraid theres nothing we can do. You will have to either purchase another one, or purchase a key online.

Ok well I guess I'll have to buy the game again... Just like this I prefer WAY better when the cd key is IN the box, its not like a booklet that you bring somewhere to read it. Just like Crysis the cd-key is in the box, so their is no way I can lose it, ho well thanks you for your reply, just one more thing can you send me a link where I can purchase a key online ? I searched it but didn't find anything, thx for your help.

OK so I just bough a cd key online that cost me 20$ and its still not working!!!! I just bought it here's the deal : They send me a email with a link sending me here : http://a.imagehost.org/view/0281/1_16

Then when I click on the link it send me there : http://a.imagehost.org/view/0587/2_14

Then I click on the community download ti finally start it (WTH why is it se complicated) and then I have this : http://a.imagehost.org/view/0497/3_13

So what is going on here ?!?! I bought the game 2 time and I can't play it ?! Why is it so complicated to get my cd key ?!

hey i bought my game from that site

all you have to do is install the game with your CD and use the cd key in the email you received......skip downloading the game from there :)

Dude, try to contact IGN for support. You have paid and the transaction went good, so they can't do problems.

Ya thats what I did, send a e-mail to direct2drive.com, waiting for my respond... Kinda frustating I just bought the damn CD KEY ONLY (You all see the picture as proof) and they only **** I get is this ****ing *NO RESULTS FOUND - 1823* page.... Sorry for my bad language, its just I'm frustrated I'm giving alot of trouble to say I lost my manual and I think i prooved I had the game physically with picture, the only thing that people says to me its go buy ANOTHER time the game, thats what I did, and its still not freaking working wow...

Tried on another PC to check if it was like a rooter problem or some pop-up blocked or something, its still doing the NO RESULTS FOUND - 1823... seriously, you bought the game on IGN, CD KEY ONLY, they send you a mail, you go to the link to click on another link, then you have to confirm again for the billion time ur purchase and to finally freaking dl it, and no their is an error, and the e-mail have this beautiful sentence : This purchase is non-refundable.... WOW.....

You need to go o direct 2 drive. On the page where you start the download they give you the cd key.

Be really careful though, its a f*cked up page, sometimes the letters or numbers are wrong so you may have to refresh a few time to get the right one, took me over an hour once for it to change a Z to an M so that I could finally play :(

Also what I don't get its why you have to download it ?!??! Its a cd key goddamnit, its only a bunch of number !! Why would I need to dl it ?? Why they just don't send me a e-mail with the cd-key IN the mail after my purchase ?? This thing is overcomplicated for nothing, no wonder its not working you have to change 3 site and go to 5 different confirmation page to *Download* (!?!?!) your cd key, tried it on 4 different pc now still get the magnificent : No Results Found - 1809

I actually bought the ONLY CD KEY to actually not dl anything because I have the game... And I searched for this error on google, look like I'm the only one on earth that has ever happend...

Just a little UP to say I still didn't recieve any response and I still don't have my cd key.... ALSO the same thing happened with the witcher, lost my manual, I send an e-mail to atari custom support with picture that proof that I have the game, and a day after they send me a magnificent email with the cd-key on it.... And when I go to midway support they say that they don't support UT anymore and link this forum for any support help.... Bought the cdkey for 19,99 $ after I prooved that I already BOUGHT the game, and still can't play it..... When I compare this service to ATARI its ridiculous and frustating... No wonder this game didn't had that big success...

AND I don't get with ALL THE PICTURES AND BILLS PROOF I GAVE THEY'RE IS NO ONE DOING ANYTHING... You all see I BOUGHT it I send like 4 pictures for proofs (with the bills and my name) why don't you just give me my damn cdkey... This whole thing is pissing me off really... 20$ for a cd key? The whole game is 12, and the cd key is in the box. Plus, you have the cd if anything happens to your system. Good luck with that.

WTH is this! ****ing show the link where u can get it at 12$ cuz all website is minimum 20$ and here in canada the game is still 25$ more, but i'm not gonna buy that ****ing game again for the 3 ****ing time, **** you epic, i'm ****ing mad right now... last time I ever ****ing buy a epic game, hope you gonna fail and never has success anymore with such a bad customer service, epic fail.

I don't think photos are enough of a proof, I dunno the stance of Epic though.
You should sort out that direct2drive problem now that you paid them.
