Epic's Copyrighted material

I think that I saw in the rules of the contest that we can't use copyrighted material unless it's from one of the related companies (Epic, Intel, etc.). I was just wondering if I could use music from the Gears of War soundtrack. It'd be pretty handy, and it's good music. A win win, as long as it's allowed.
