Not to mention it makes the game more like Onslaught, which would be welcome for a lot of people.

Yes, patch 2.1 mixes Warfare and Onslaught.
1st round Warfare, 2nd round Onslaught, 3rd round Warfare and so on :p :D
Does not work perfectly and for all maps... so far... ;)
