I was wondering if anyone had an older 3d max program that they are not using soooo i was wondering if anyone would be willing to let me have it, I know silly question lol
but right now i am out of work and have nooooo money

You can always use Blender. It is free and has tons of add-ons and great community support. And, you can export your models as .3ds, etc.

Don't you get a demo version of Maya or something with this version, I remember you did with UT2k4. I've not yet explored the disc I got, thankfully UT3 is one of the few games I have that doesn't need the disc in the drive to run! (YAY!)
Anywhoo, have a look, not sure if it's time based or limited options on demo if it's there but it's in UT2004 if you have that. I actually got a copy of a couple of 3d progs when.....erm, I'd go with demo and what other poster said, I don't want to get your thread closed! :o
