Double xp weekend

the times that was stated on this site for the double xp, is incorrect and loads are complaining on the game that they are not recieving their doubled experience, can any 1 tell when the experience will be doubled (like the correct time)???

Same thing here, no double xp since this morning at 5AM. Perhaps its a glitch, perhaps its something wrong...They should at least update the main page to let everyone know whats going on....

I got double in all the matches I played today. The only problem is I was playing so horrible it was like regular exp lol.

I reckon it is double xp. It just doesn't say that it is doubling your xp. I got my highest ever xp today in one game. 4687 xp in this annex match. Thoug yesterday I did play this awesome annex match scoring 3763 xp, I only wish that it was doubled/played this game today. :( So then I could have gotten 7526 xp SWEET!

I've been playing "Gears" since 9am Yesterday ,and have not received any XP's either.Will all points be added at the end off the week.

I love Gears , and have been playing from the beginning. Through the good and bad times. Lag ,host ...and most needed updates. I have 63 of 66 achievements( missing level 50 and 100 and of course the brutal 2.1) I love the 2 piece, chainsaw , active reloads , blind fire head shot from shotgun and of course the frag tag. All of this makes for a grate game. Host boom shot has to be the most unrealistic kill ive every seen , but what can you do its a boom shot. Now to my question of doulble exp . weekend. epic should have it every month . I m a die hard fan! please bring it back.

they are supposed to be having it for the holiday weekend. not sure what they're gonna consider as the weekend though... I have thursday-monday off from work. I would love to be getting double xp that entire time.

Works for me, I got like 5K exp off a Guardian match. I wasn't even playing that well. I had like 20 kills and 7 deaths.

Strange. For some reason... I always get a power boost and get a lot of games as host when Double-xp weekends come around... why is that?

DBL XP weekend has been good - since I have a bet with a mate and I need to get to lvl 42 by next week! Just one question though? I've played quite a feww annex's this weekend where my shotgun failed to perform at (very) close range with a perfect shot! In some cases I've even had to shoot 4 or 5 times at close range to kill someone! Is that just me or is that a bit wrong (and very frustrating!)

I thought it was friday-sunday. I noticed the Bloodmounts were back instead of the Tickers in wave 10 in Horde, so i figure the event has passed. : (
