machinima about copyright

I have my house made for my machinima environment. i was just checking if using things in my house like video cases of films i have and names like samsung on my tv and that would be safe to use or would this cause a problem with copyright and entering into the MSUC.

would this be a problem ?

Things like that can get game studios shut down, so I'd photoshop any brand names, logos etc off of stuff so you don't get disqualified.

to be safe i'll just make up some video boxs and that for the shelfs and leave any brands names off any equipment
