Unable to change resolution

I cannot go beyond 640x480 resolution.I updated the game to the 1.3 version,changed screen percentage to 100 i advanced video settings but still nothing.Please help.

you should be able to run at least 1024x768

make sure UT3.exe is not set to run at 640x480 mode

right click the icon & click properties>compatibility>untick run in 640x480 res

Maybe you can change the resolution via UTEngine.INI
Just search for it (located in config folder) and open it with the editor. Put your resolution in there:

ResX=1024
ResY=768
