Hey everyone,
We at consolegaming are pleased to announce a gears of war 2 league for european gamers. So far many top teams have signed up but we are looking for more players to take part in this amazing and unique oppertunity.
ConsoleGaming.eu is proud to announce the arrival of 3 brand new Xbox 360 leagues. Given the increased popularity of X360 users on the site, staff and management feel it is only right to deliver a truly enjoyable experience. The games that apply to these leagues are:
Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (4v4)
Call Of Duty: World at War (4v4)
Gears Of War 2 (4v4)
The premise is a simple one, there will be a flexible number of divisions for each league, and the number will depend on how many teams wish to sign up. To give you an example of how things will work however, here is a short preview:
Pro Division
1st Division
2nd Division
3rd and so on…
The teams in the Pro Division will be competing with each other the glory, prestige and reputation associated with dominating the highest division there is. The bottom two teams at the end of the season will be relegated, and penultimate two teams will compete to decide with who the last relegation spot rests. For example, if it were an 8 team league, 8th and 7th would be relegated automatically, whilst 6th and 5th will compete to see who else goes down. Essentially the same format is applied but in reverse for those fighting for promotion. The top two sides are promoted straight away, whilst the 3rd and 4th places battle for the last promotion place.
We will be building on the current league system, and will be using past results from XL, Lans, CG history in our seeding decisions. Our rule system for Call of duty will be those used on Decerto eSports, and the Gow rules will be those adopted by the Gears Of War community. Exact rules will be posted in an update on Wednesday 1st April.
Sign ups will begin on Wednesday 1st April, but you can already create your clans on the relevant ladders now. To do so, simply click on one of the following links:

Come Wednesday you can click on one of the following links in order to sign up for the league. Note however that you must invite your team mates also in order to compete.
