Viewable xp stats anytime

We only ever get to see our xp at the end of the match for 3 seconds. we should be able to check on the main menu and mutiplayer lobby. like when you click y on your stats to see how many kills death etc, we should be able to see how much xp we earned from it and how much we need to level up or even better be able to view it in our war journal but i want to see the warjournal in the multiplayer lobby rather than having to go back to the main menu.


also add an xp columm so next to your score in a match it will show how much xp you will get so for example annex 1000score and next to it xp 260.

new proposal- basicly i do understand it will defently require a title update to add this, and you may have more important things to add in tu5, so how about this. Make our xp stats viewable via your website, like our match stats kill stats etc, make a section of our xp stats, to be able to view how much xp we need to level up and our total xp.

i've seen people in annex/koth get 50-70k points.... in one match.... you cant get these numbers anywhere else its not annoying its very reasonable actually...

we should be able to see our xp anytime. well for a start its kind of a anoying that your xp is divided and has a ratio between each gametime for example, in annex your score is 8000 you will only get about 2000xp from that score as you get most score from that gametype, but as for warzone if you get 1000score thats 1000xp. why cant you lower the score for gametypes like annex so when we get a score like 2000 or something we acually get 2000xp that would be helpfull

Would you have rather waited much longer for TU3 and get lag switched and have way more laggy matches on something so small it doesn't effect gameplay? Or do you think you could have fun and live with it a while and perhaps have it in TU4?

Ants, your working your argument backwards. The fact that you earn 8k exp and only receive 2k exp is the system working. If you want to actual points to be reduced so that when you get 2k exp instead of 8k exp, your still earning 2k exp either way.

Its just keeping the point system consistent and dividing your score by an equation rather than minimizing the points earned per gametype. It works out either way.

no but thats not the point, its the fact that i dont know how much xp im getting. say i look at the scoreboard and i have 4000points in annex, i will know that im not going to get that and will have to work out how much i will get at that time, i find that confusing so thats why i said the score should be reduced so when i get 2000 score i know that i will be getting 2000xp

In guardian, the leader should get some bonus points for kills. Most teams want their leaders to stay back, so he or she would not get that many kills anyways. I think it would only be fair because he or she will sit there and the rest of the team are getting their due kills. Or make it so that the leader gets some points for staying alive, kinda like king of the hill for being in the circle.

Sorry off topic a bit, but yes, I do agree, we need a way to view our stats other than the end of a match.

it does make sense, its hard to explain what i mean, what i mean is, instead of having a 5000 score in annex and then having to guess roughly in your head how much your going to get in xp acording to the ratios, it would be simpler, if they just made it so in annex and other gametypes, the score would be lowerd to the ratio of the xp, so then you can look at your score, and it would be xp.

i dont see it an an issue that the Points in annex are divided for your EXP. i understand that youd like to "earn" less points for a kill but the experience system came into effect after the game was released so maybe it was just easier dividing up the scores.

i would like to see more "XP" info in the war journal, that has been brought up by numerous people

coudnt you add it in tu4? or if not add it on your gears of war.com stats. that way it would also be easier to find cheaters rather then having to estimate the xp theve had in games to check if rank 100s have cheated

I made a thread on this while a go and joe graf said that he agreed with that, but that they HAD to reuse the achievement toasts, and as for the war journal he didn't say anything and has been strangely quiet on that subject (hopeful)

On topic: I would like them to add it as well. I thought they were going to add it in the first place as I recall the first video I saw involving ranks before the update in March it had an addition in the war journal that had to do with ranks. Then it turned out they didn't have it.

i support the idea of seeing your exp but i dont like the idea getting you same amount of points you get in annex.. to many kill farmers will start to play that map.. i think they should raise the points you get by a tad when you play territories

no thats not what i mean, is the ratio basicly should be the same but, the score should be lowerd to what the ratio actally is so then you will be able to see the score and know thats the xp your getting at the end. many people dont understand this point and its missleading im going to remove this from my OP

this should be in the war journal. they should use the war journal alot more. they could add things like current xp, how much xp to next level, how much xp to level 100 and they could also add your gears of war weapon stats thats on the gears website.

This is a great idea and I love you for suggesting it although I am sure countless people have had this in mind for a long time, me included. I support! I want to see my experience for more than a few seconds, it would be great if Epic added a ''Progress Bar'' that you could access when in games by hitting up the pause menu and when not in games, also place it in the war journal.
