The only change I've seen is that the sniper and the torque don't cycle. Sniper is always on top and Torque is always on bottom. Which is a great thing in the way of balance. Torque now doesn't get the high ground and the sniper can cover most of the map. A+.

The bottom team will usually have an advantage because of this. Bottom team can get both sets of grenades before the top team.

Since the grenades are cycling one team will always have a better chance to get both sets of frags while the other team will always have a better chance of Ink. I don't mean to say that Ink isn't strong, it is. I just don't think the power it has is on part with the grenades. Especially since you only get 1 a pick up.

I agree. I was a bit disappointed to see the new swaps for Subway. You're right, having both nades swap between Inks and Frags gives one team a clear shot at Frags every other game. Plus, whenever it is Frags there is a Torque Bow downstairs. IMO, this map needs more work with weapon swaps. If they make Mulcher stay every game and swap Longshot-Torque Bow up top it would be fair to both teams. That, or have Boomshot at Scorcher when there is Inks, and swaps to Scorcher next round.

Didn't know there was a mulcher. I thought that the Torque was just always downstairs. Ugh. B.

Seriously, this map is as unbalanced as before.
The Cogs have a better run at frags and torques, while the Locust get ink and mulcher. That is still unfair.
