idea for next expansion

i know we have just had one, i just have an idea now, and i want to get it down before i forget.
campain
the campain carries on, with hunting for malcolm with the team (again), as we have a few new necris maps the chase can go there.
next chapter, na pali
again necris, last fight on current warfare map based on na pali.
anyway, now for the good bit
the chace for malcom carries on on na pali, with malcom befriending a team of scaarj (queue a chapter in a variety of scaarj based levels against scaarj), of course the scaarj are still against the nali, so you recruit some nalis to assist in the campain, allowing for nali maps, maybe even use a few warcows :D, could even have nali v scaarj ASSAULT ;) maps.
could have a first arrival map on na pali where you play invasion, which has always been popular :P

we all miss nalis, scaarj, warcows and assault, as Unreal series is built on the nali storyline, why have they gone? and assault would bring a great twist to step that campain up to something a bit more interesting in my view, then you fight malcolm (unless epic want another chapter...).

of course i focus on the campain here as that will bring all the new things into the game
unlock the skins
will need new maps to work
assault (invasion?) will be a gametype.
scaarj would have new vehicles

this will bring in the things people want, give us some wonderful lush enviroments back into the game and the old unreal things that may bring players back.

While I agree the SP game needs some new ideas. It would be nice to get some tutorials on the new weapons as well. (they show up but there is no teaching section on how they work)

I also agree that logicly the player should go after Malcolm and his thundercrash team. As well as the Skarrj should be back with new vehicles of their own in another plot by Malcolm to get more cash for the NEG. Also it seems that as the game went on you got more and more support from lost brothers. There should be more new people to introduce to the player. (Akana should make a showing in the game leading a small team of her own and there should be a section of the games story where your clan carves out a new home for it's self)

I would also like the option to have full ingame cutsceenes, for both the original camp, and the new section for those with higher end systems. Also for the love of god please add the rain effects from that sceene with Malcolm and Reaper yelling at each other into the full game! It was sweet!

There could be a great deal of stuff with the Nalis as well. We all miss them and their WarCows, as well as the Skarrj and their killer claws! (Both would be great ways to get not only new vehicles, but new weapons as well! Skarrj wrist weapons anybody!?) How about the Nali Fletchet? And maybe the return of the Skarrj Ripper weapon as well!

I seriously don't think it's worth the effort on Epics part, a SP expansion isn't going to bring in many new players. I think the Titan pack is probably going to be the last big content update we'll see with only minor fixes (and possible Bonus packs) from here on out.

an SP expansion might, all the stuff in SP would be playable in MP too, and i would love to play UT3 online with the old faves.

I think the next big expansion will be called UT4. I'd like another expansion, but I think Epic gave us the Titan pack to keep UT3 gamers busy so they could work on the sequel. They might have had another expansion if the Titan pack was a phenomenal success (it was great, but not particularly amazing), but I don't really see it happening.

I was under the impression that this latest expansion was being used to gauge interest in UT, and to help the company decide if it was worth it to invest in another iteration of the game.

the titan pack only brought a little, i still like it, but i feel there is that unfinshied campain to finish, and that could be epics chance to make the game shine even more then it does.

Midway will be digging in garbage cans for food along with Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, and AIG soon. My guess is that a UT4 would be a Microsoft game made for XBOX T1000 first, pc second.

There might be a bigger future for Epics Flagship game UT, and Gears of War then you think.

Do you mean Epic is flying under EA's radar? Or are you implying That EA owns Epic. That's confusing and I don't think that's happened yet. :confused:
