Greed uses (V)CTF maps and there is already a category for those. There aren't any separate categories for TDM or Duel either.

I think a better question is "will my CTF map be judged as just a CTF map or will it be judged as a Greed map as well?"

It will be judged primarily as a CTF or vCTF map.

If your map happens to be tons of fun to play with Greed, that certainly doesn't hurt, but the Titan Pack wasn't available to mod authors when the contest launched, so it would be unfair to give special treatment to submissions based on how well they play in the new modes.

The map I am working on is specifically designed to work for greed and greed only (It is impossible to score points in CTF mode). Would that damage its chances of success in any way? Should I make it compatible with CTF mode?

Greed maps submitted for the contest must be playable in CTF or vCTF mode.

It would seem a little silly deliberately limiting a map.

It probably has both flag bases on the same spot, so both teams score in the center of the map and there's a huge shootout before anybody can score. That just doesn't play in CTF...
