so whats the deal first it was stated up to 2 weeks until the update happens that was last friday then i went back and for some reason it said 2 to 3 weeks
well today is 3 weeks on the dot from when cert was supposed to start so what is it now 2 to 4 weeks. if its already finished as has been stated whats the hold up
