View Full Version : How can I Pan/Move (non-continuously) a Texture in the MaterialEditor?

Hello,
I want to move/pan a Texture in the MaterialEditor, but not continuously like the Panner-Variable would do. I just wat to change the Location.
Some ideas?

Use a parameter with the panner.
Adjust parameter values with Kismet as needed.

I wrote some tiny tut about splash screen, that flips texture 1/4th each time. There is some nic discussion after with huge improvments to what i done.

You probably want to use that simple shader from my first post. Trick is to use CEIL node for time input to panner, rest is there to control speed and distance.
