Hello all :) Got a bit of a 3dsmax question here... ive split my custom model up into Torso, Head, Arms, Boots, Legs ... however looking at the epic character's UVW Maps they have one for the body and one for the head

splitting a mesh up means that now that i have arms and torso and legs as seperate meshes.. they all have seperate UVW maps.

I've placed everything in the correct places (epics texture recognition thing, with goggles, eyes.. etc)

I was wondering how one splits up their model into these sections yet retains the UV's and places them into one map for .. into what i imagine will be *Custom_Character_Body.tga* & *Custome_Character_Head.tga*

I'm also just wondering in general what the best possible preperation for your custom model is in 3dsMax.. when i seperate the arms, torso, legs etc... is there a way to have them be part of a single mesh yet be recognized as individual objects? (is this a bad idea?/doable) - i dont know

As you can see... im in a bit of a confused state and would appreciate any help :)

Cheers !
