What UT99 Maps Would u Like to See on UT3?

i think out of all the unreal games UT99 has some of the most well designed and most fun maps, such as Lava Giant, november sub pen and the famous Overlord although they would have to bring bak Assault for that one

even if its of another ut game list your map or maps here and tell people what ur dream map would be for the expantion

Well my dream map would be the inside surface of a giant rotating wheel, with gravity emanating from the center, outwards in all directions, so that wherever the player was, "up" would be towards the center of the wheel.

It would be done up like a retro sci fi wheel type space station, the kind that was going to use centrifugal force to simulate gravity, like god intended.

And of course there'd be a skybox whirling around in the background, and asteroids whizzing by and whatnot.

And the wheel would be more or less open structured, so you'd have clear lines of fire, even straight across through the center to the other side, at least some of the time.

But I don't think I'm going to get that dream map.

As for the rest, I don't know. A lot of the better maps get redone pretty often, I'm sure there's a good chance it'll happen again. They could bring Curse back, that would be ok by me.

I already dig the remake of CTF-Coret. I play it a lot more in UT3 than I ever did in UT.

So, how about CTF-EpicBoy for starters?

First of all i would like to say a few things :)

I'm an Unreal Tournament addict and i really like to see this game topling above all other games just like UT99 did other UTs can do that as well just need to continue the series.

The Sniper/Camper mod should really be active on UT3 as it has everything greatly added and still there are too many clans playing UT99 Sniper/Camper.. many clans switched to UT3 then left it and went to play CoD.. The sniper Camper gametype in UT99 is awesome and the same would happen in UT3 if that gametype is available.. I didn't see a camping server in UT3 so far.. some people are waiting for the major update some others got fed up unfortunately.

Oh how I love the memory threads! Yes, I love the new Coret as well.

EpicBoy was indeed a fun map. I also miss Niven, the scene of the longest CTF match I've ever played. People were leaving for dinner and coming back and the match was still going. lol.

I can't even remember now if we won or lost.

To be honest I'd like to see most of the UT99 DM maps making a come back. I love the original UT, played it avidly for years and these maps are special to me! ;) Those I can think of now would be Morpheus, Liandri, StalwartXL, Turbine, Healpod, Agony, Curse, Spacenoxx and Gothic.

I'd like to see them back 'officially' so they may make it to PS3 aswell, which is how I play UT3 (my PC isn't good enough and I already invested in a HDTV and PS3). I get the feeling the remakes wouldn't be as good as the originals on UT99 but I'd still love to play on them again. This is why Deck is my favourite map in UT3 to be honest.
