Freezing problem

Ok, first off, don't say anything about RROD, i have a new xbox 360 and there isn't anyway that should happen. The problem is that my GOW2 is freezing on a regular basis, I even returned it in once and got another and bam same thing happened. There are no scratches, it's goes from the xbox straight back into the case, I don't mistreat it and take care of all my games. I just want to get some help on what maybe to do with the problem. Is Epic making updates that possibly fix this problem? From what I can tell this is happening to a bunch of people, so I'm pretty sure it's not just me. Can someone just give me some closure, I love the game and I'm starting to get really pissed the hell off.

I too am having the same exact problem with Artified. We are in fact friends on live and have extreme difficulty finishing a game due to the fact that one of our games will freeze, causing us to restart the xbox. If any epic employees should happen to read these posts I would greatly appreciate a response. I love playing the game, reason i bought a 360, but my patience is wearing thin due to this freezing problem. Thank you.
