Downloaded combustible map pack - maps not available even in offline mode

Hi,

I downloaded the flashback pack and had no problems accessing the maps for play.

I downloaded the combustible map pack, and cannot select any of the maps in any mode be it offline or online. I even tried redownloading the pack with no luck.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
