New not so great GOW2 players needed

I bought myself my very 1st Xbox last week & it came with GOW 1 & 2.

I am looking for players like myself who are new to GOW2 and would prefer to multiplay against other new players with similar low levels of skill.

If so please add me as a friend so we can kill and be killed without feeling such quite so useless.

I can't fully remember but I think there is a Gun, down arrow, plus sign & a skull. How does the points system work, I it so many for a kill, so many for time spent moving about etc etc
