Online multiplayers

Okay so everybodies had their moan about the state of GOW2's multiplayer.

For example just this morning I connected to 5 or so matches, and 3 of them were between two widely unbalanced teams, number wise (4v1 etc.). Only once being in favour of me, and in the other game the host quit, when we were about to win and finally a game full of glitchers. Now these multiplayer experiences, for me just aren't fun.

So I'm wondering if you could take parts of the best online multiplayer packages around and implement them in Gears 2 what would they be (e.g ranking system in COD or matchmaking of GOW1) ? and also which online multiplayer experience is the best and why ?

This may get deleted as comparisons generally aren't allowed. I voted for Gears 1, liked how the browser was as you could always find a game that wasn't laggy.

Surely, this is an open and honest forum. Anyway anyone on this forum must like GOW franchise anyway, why else would they be here, and I think anything said here can only help to show EPIC what the consumer likes. You can't hold back public opinion even if you do close a thread or two, maybe their time and other resources can be spent better elsewhere, such as fixing the multiplayer.
