Please PLease PLEASE EPIC update that god awful voting system its horrible have the day i sit there not playing what i want to play.....PLEASE IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT!!!!!!! remember gears of war 1!!!!!!!!! thats what it should be like

I would overlook a lot of inconsistencies if player matches were included as they were in gears 1. Ill play gow2 for horde, but that's it. The other day I actually got into a decent match of annex(got lucky) for once. took 10 minutes to find the game, took about 15 minutes at the most for the match to be over. Next match ended up being submission which I don't like at all. about 2 minutes into it the host quit. So im pretty much searching for matches for as long as im playing in a match. So to date I've been in countless laggy matches\gametypes I don't like. And I've been in 1 that was actually enjoyable. But since we can't play more than 2 rounds, it felt like it was over before it started. Irritating indeed.

After that, I put in battlefield and never looked back. If I had all day to sit and look for matches it wouldn't be a huge deal I guess. But with a job and a family, player matches were perfect. Its unbelievable that the only way to do that now is to gather 10 ****ing people for a "private" match.

The funny thing is that most of the people on my friends list were met after gears 1 player matches. The most friends I see online at one time is usually about 5 or 6. Maybe 1 or 2 at the most will be playing gow 2. I actually quit playing gears 1 up until the annex update came out and just figured I didn't like the game, no big deal. After that update came out I was hooked though, and didn't buy another game for about 8 months. Now its like they backtracked and took away the option of playing what u enjoy. which is utterly ridiculous.

i too miss being able to choose what you play but having to find another game after eerysingle one


CoD got it right with the match making epic should make it so we can jump in and out of games at our leasure then quitters wouldn't be a problem


and the lag is garbage nothing like waiting all day to play a laggy ass **** match

i gota agree on this one. i was kinda Dissapointed at the wait and also i liked how i could Just Join a game and leave and it wasent just...you win and then Game over find a new one..i really prefered the Matchmakeing on Gears 1 alot better then 2 but i like playing 2 better cause well..hell its a damn good game and its like an Upgrade to 1 so normally all i do is play Horde or go play with some freinds with a buncha bots.

Yeah they should have individual gametype playlists. Me and my friends want to play Guardian but we always end up playing Execution or Warzone because that's what the other team wants. I would also love to be able to choose what map i play. I've played a retarded amount of matches on Blood Drive and practically none on maps that I enjoy like Hail.

Thats why I wanna be able to host my own matches. So I can pick what i want to play, and so people dont hit the standby button or deal with host quitting cause he's down 0-2

I found that there were so many problems with Gears 2 that the only logical solution was to return to Gear 1. why play a game that frustrates to me to no end.

Nah. Just leave the votes so people will actually have to be "good" players on every map not just one map where people will continue to play just because they do good on it. This is TruSkill isn't it?
