Please hear me out everybody. i'm sure i'm not the only one who's had this problem. so, let's say hypothetically you are in a 2 on 1 situation and you're at the disadvantage. the only way you can get out of it is to knock one guy down and pick him up as a meatsheild right? well how many times have you rapidly pressed the A button once your enemy is down and you jump right past him/take cover? IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME! why do i have to stand still? especially when the enemy is crawling around.... i think the problem is the A button. it already has too many functions. why can't EPIC just please make it a simple clicking of the right-stick? the right-stick has no function when you're not aiming. it would make for a more consistent meatshield experience, aaaaaaaand it wouldn't screw me over in those very crucial seconds when i'm trying to pick up the friggin' meatshield to defend myself. i'd like to open formal negotiations to change this.......thoughts?

Couldn't agree with you more. That actually happened to me today. Rolled passed the guy I downed and his teammate revived him and I got double teamed once I got turned around. I don't know about using the right stick though, too inconsistent.

You're pressing A too far away, it's your problem, not the game's. If you want to mash buttons switch to the other button layout.

Problem: Too many controls mapped to one button. I also find climbing up ledges proves quite difficult. Try to do it too quickly, you end up rolling all over the place leading to imminent death.

2.its not that theyre to far away i agree totally with him i can stand right on top of the guy and i still jump past him
3.golden weapons arent for noobs its just a change in paint and maybe just maybe if you thought about it the golden hammerburst is for those who actually went to the midnight launch so theyve had more practice also if you dont have any golden weapons then your straight edge and too broke to afford the special edition so back the **** off of the people who think that they are theyre cool bonuses for the original gears players:mad:

It happens, but I usually leave their teammate to die or use him as bait to pick up.

yes, this has happened to me too. and i have gotten killed because of it so many times that it's not even funny. they need to fix this.

Yes i agree with you. It is especially annoying on submission because you are constantly trying to pick up a meatshield. I end up dying or a team mate picking him up because i always roll away or go into cover.

I agree i think the button should be moved to the RB or RT the button that is not used for shooting not sure which one it is
That button has i think 1 use which is the tac/com

I dont know about the rest of you guys but i could do withouth hitting a down guy over the head with sniper, curb stop with bow, smackin a guy in his face a couple ties etc etc...why wasnt the pickup button mapped to y. either map stupid longer im asking to get killed unless this guy is the last guy executions to a.. or leave it out.. i prefer functionality over slapping some guy on the ground.. would you rather punch a guy to death 3-4 times or cave in his skull hearing that sweet sweet pop (seems the be the only thing gow has perfected) with a curb stomp. people also cannot be picked up if they are next to a wall.
