Gears of war 2 LE with no codes

I bought a gears of war 2 limited edition , it came with everything except the codes. is there anything i can do to get the codes? someone please tell me

There should be a flashback map pack and all the codes are on the back of that. If you don't have that, I guess you don't have any of the codes, sorry.
