How to disable wall-tags without grenades or shooting (for those who want to know)

All you need to do is take cover on the wall perpendicular (at the corner of a wall) to where a grenade mine is or may be and tap LT very quickly. This will allow you to peek and set off the grenade without getting affected. Yes it is very risky if you know an enemy is nearby but sometimes you have no choice (I use it to disable grenades on maps like Blood Drive, works every time I use it). Also, it doesn't matter how close the grenade is to the corner or if it's placed on the wall or the floor, as long as it's not in line with you, you can blow it up without getting hurt.

Nope, you remain unaffected by frags and smokes and initially ink grenades (it may eventually begin to hurt you)

yes, 100% guaranteed to work if you do it right, host a split-screen or with a friend and try it out yourself.

Only thing is, you will not always have a spot to take cover. For example, a frag could be tagged on a wall nowhere near a corner.

also you can use your shotgun i think. Evrytime ive used my shotgun its been a 1 hit shot on those wall tags blowing them up even from quite far distances, maybe this was intended to give the shotgun abit more use in gear 2 although it turned out to be the ultimate rape weapon (again) lol:D
