Map Editor Questions

Hello everyone I am brand new to these forums and just recently purchased Gears Of War for the PC. And the map editor still confuses me a bit. I have a few questions I hope can be answered by everyone here.

1. How do I make AI?(such as Brumaks, Berserkers, Etc)
2. How do I use static meshes so my buildings look like the buildings in the games?

3. Are Complete custom campaigns possible in this? With checkpoints,objectives,chapters, enemies, custom characters?

For question1 you can use the member help section in the forums and yes you can create AI and there is plenty of help/tuts. in these forums same goes with question 2 and for question 3 i believe its possible i know others have created chapters or acts in its entirety so i see no reason as to why you couldnt although it would require alot of work and commitment.
