You feel that the round is now over, but you don't want to just run in there and kill yourself. What do you do? What tips do you have to fight all these people off by yourself???

if you have grenades, set up somewhere relatively safe with them planted. When they run in and set of the grenades, it's time to tango and you must go for it.
