I don't want to be another guy complaining about slow matchmaking (as everyone knows it is damn slow), but why the heck there is no option of joining existing game session?! Many times I've played Horde for half an hour reaching high levels and one or two players disconnect. Since nobody can join the game, having 3 players on Wave 20+ means instant death and wasted evening.

Same applies to other modes, many times after long and nice game I've end up in a team of 3 vs 5 - not much point in playing that.

Thank you Epic, I was 4th person who preordered game in Edinburgh's Gamestation and stood there at midnight waiting to play. And you know what? I feel cheated, it's like unwrapping Christmas present and finding dream bike is in wrong colour. ::mad:

It makes no sense at all as to why they wouldn't allow us to join existing games as in gears1. This whole matchmaking system is pure garbage.

100% agree
i hate to leave Horde matches because i know that nobody will come to fill my place, but if my Mom calls out for feeding time, or i get that f***in 24h disconnect i can't do much about it :(

And why does the game disconnect all players when the match has ended?
Maybe i want to play with the guys again because they are good...?
Maybe i want to talk to the guys after the match and say bye, or add one to the friends list?... mostly i cant even remember their names :/

Agreed, not being able to join on going matches is the most annoying thing with multi player imo.

At the very least can they replace the players who quit with bots so it's sort of fair when it's 3v5

No i love this match making! its just like halo 3!!!! waiting for 7 mins to join a game is sooo much fun and i love the hip fire too,
