unlock levels in gears 1-help please

i originaly played GOW on the pc about 1 year ago and didnt finish it(i got up to the very end with raam) ...i purchased GOW again for my 360 and have only found this on the net to be able to unlock all levels...

go to the main menu and press Up, Down, Left, Right, A, B, X, Y. A gun shot will confirm whether the cheat has been activated or not.( http://www.buzzle.com/articles/gears-of-war-cheats-for-xbox-360.html )

thing is it doesnt work!

is there any other way to unlock all levels on the 360,thankyou

No, you cant cheat on a 360 very well. Some games such as Saints Row and GTA will but it disables getting achievements so people cant cheat on their Gamerscore. Therefore, there are no cheats for Gears of War to allow level skips (Or any that I know of).
