Problems with MatchMaking

So i beat the game and figured i should be good enough to compete with the hardcore players online but i have yet to get into a single game, it constantly will restart the matchmaking over and over and over..... so i waited 30 mins to try and join a game and nothing i seen the room fill up once but it never actually went in, is anyone else having issues like this or is there a way to fix it.

yea i have the same problem every time i switch from private to publis i get a massage that says my firewall is strict and that i should switch the security settings

To fix this you need to activate ports through your router for your 360. Linksys all i had to do was
1.go into my router which for most linksys is 192.168.1.1
2.enter admin as username and admin as password (default settings).
3.Go under gaming and applications tab
4.go to DMZ
5.Hit enable and type the Local IP address your 360 is assigned to most would be in the 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.105 range unless your using more then 5 devices in your network.
6. That firewall shenanigan should stop and now it will only take you the normal 15 minutes to get into a match like everyone else.

To find your Xbox 360's assigned local IP
1.follow steps 1 and 2 above
2.Go under status
3.Click Local Network
4.DHCP Active IP Table
5.Its usually the one that has no Client host name
