Golden Lancer Code

I have gears of war limited edition but the code for the golden lancer didn't work. I called gamestop and the said to email Epic.

Nope, well it happened to me and i got it fixed. First got to the Xbox live tab and go to account management now select download history and find the golden lancer re-download it. It might now work the first time but keep doing it till it does it took me 4 tries

I purchase game with the intent on getting the extra content and then, nothing!
you have to e-mail everyone you can think of and still nothing.
I am glad you have your sh*t together and know what to do.
I took me 2 attempts but your idea worked.

is the gold lancer in the code for the 5 free maps or is there another code by itself for the gold lancer?

Well I tried and got nothing.

I've tried about 10 times so far, and the download never goes past 1%...still trying, though.

...11 times now.

Edit: Kept trying and it worked. Thanks for the advice. Took a good while though, and I decided (randomly) to clear out a bunch of old videos that were wasting space. Either way, I'm good to go now, thanks :)

ive tried almost everything to get this to work but still....no golden lancer..im starting to get frustrated..if anybody can help please do..
