Firewall troubles

When I go into multiplayer it tells me I may experiences problems or not have as good of an experience due to my firewall. I'm not great with these things I'm sort of inept when it comes to connections. Can anyone tell me how to set it up so my firewall will allow GoW2 to work in multiplayer please?
