Huge Glitch :(

I recently beat the campaign and started a new save file so I could do insane. Everything was fine till this morning I loaded up the game and everything in the war journal was gone. None of the characters were unlocked, my achievements were still there but the progress bars were gone, and RAAM, Carmine and Kim weren't unlocked either. I tried playing some bot matches and when I got 10 kills, it said 10 of 100000 for Seriously 2.0. I had around 1700 kills total. I hope this is fixable :( What should I do? If it matters, I have a gold account but I can't get on live right now, so I'm playing offline. Regular edition of the game.

Lots of people got the same probs mate, I'm waiting for a fix on it myself since it keeps resetting itself and I wanna play as Dizzy. Pretty P*d off about it too.

I wanted to play as Dizzy too. I really hope there is a fix for this.

Does this only happen if you start a new campaign on a different difficulty?

I didn't start a new compaign on a different difficulty, so thats not why it happened for me. The few things I did before it happened were (after completing game), downloading map pack and gold lancer, join a multiplayer horde match and be invited to a horde match by a friend and have it failed (some could not connect to host error) so I'm guessing one of those could have triggered it.

I played some bot matches after I finished the campaign. Then I started a new file on insane and this morning none of my progress is there.
