Problem with voice communication during split screen

Hey we seem to be having problems with voice communication while split screening on the majority of the gametypes. The only one that doesn't seem to affect the voice communication is Annex. All other game types only one of us can hear the other players in the game, and it randomly switches. We have only tested this in Private Xbox Live matches so far, while hosting. Has anyone else had this problem and if so have you found a solution? Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same exact problem except it only works fine if everyone I'm playing with is on the same team. Does anyone have an answer? Is this a problem with the game itself? It's getting extremely annoying.

i have also had the same problem..two xbox live accounts logged in on split screen and you can never hear the same person..found that if you are on horde it works just fine as well.
