I live in the UK, and I was wondering if I will get Gears of War 2: LE a day before release The reason I am posting this is because I got Halo 3 a day before release as well.

I am pre-ordering Gears of War 2: LE from www.game.co.uk and I pre-ordered it on the 20th August

I heard alot of people who pre-ordered fallout3 from game got the game a day early today. And i mean, 6 of my 8 friends or pre-ordered it got it early. So im hoping the same for Gears of War 2.

I pre-ordered from gamestation, and there's quite a high chance i'll get it early. :/

games are usually shipped 1/2 days before release, so they arrive on time, so if it's quick, you should get it a day early

Actually, one day before release is like 5 months of the blank periods between Gears 1 and the GDC Gears 2. Of course, this is a random percentage, but makes perfect sense.

Well GAME guarantee it to be there by release day or you get your money back, so they have to send it early, so yes there is a high chance you will get it a day early, or even 2 if your very lucky and the post is running well.
