Retail COG Tags?

I have read that there have been stores, (like Best Buy, Gamestop, etc.) that are selling COG Tags. Can anyone verify? (Don't tell me to search for it, that's just a piss off)

Yeah. Unfortunately, it's only in a few cities (and even then, not all stores in those cities), so you probably won't have too much luck finding one (more than finding them "in the wild", but that's like comparing one in a million-and-one to one in a million).
Still, if you live there or near there, it's always worth a try.
EDIT: I've seen a few smaller COG tags that come in pairs. Where can you get these?

Wow, that's one way of putting it.
But this is what I meant to ask:
Has stuff been sent to Best Buy, Futureshop, EB Games or Gamestop? Those are the ones nearest me and I would like to call them tomorrow to ask if they have any.

:mad: Well, after a dozen stores it = 0 This really bites!!! nobody had any idea what was going on! After my visit to all the stores, they know what they should be getting, and how they whole thing is supposed to play out. I was giving them all the info that I personally knew about the Cog tag give away. Really, whats to stop any of these guys from keeping this stuff, or giving it to friends???? I checking back with all the store later today, tommorrow, day after.. and so on. I think I'm officially become a pain!;)

yeah its true...there is nothing stopping them...which is why i feel like the store thing is a bad idea how hard would it be to drop them in places and do the coord thing for all the cogs...it would be more fun then playing musical stores and i know if i worked at one of those stores and we got one id keep it.
