COG tags only available at those certain stores?

The site mentions that certain Bestbuy, etc. stores will have COG tags at certain times.
I called my local EB Games (a subsidiary of Gamestop), who said to call back a week before the launch. I called back today and they said they didn't know of any promotion involving "COG tags", but that they'll have posters and an "edge card" (what?) they'll be giving for free to pre-orderers.

Does this mean that there will be no COG tags in Canada other than the two hidden in Ontario?

I have asked around not about the COG tags, but about the promos that might be giving out for the midnight launch, Futureshop forum jurked my chain on a pre order I made and I'm worried I might not get the bonus item that goes with my GOW2 order. As for Bestbuy canada they said they are giving away hats, shirts, online gold Hammerburst pin number to the first 20 in line as well as cheaper COG tags.

So I'm trying to track down the best place to go. also check out this deal
