I type the code in and it just pops up with a wallpaper. (the gears logo in ascii art). is that all it does? or am i suposedto be able to do something else with it?

It's all it does. Not all tags will unlock new content on The Last Day site. Some of them will unlock wallpapers, audio clips or icons.

BTW, why not post your CSID code so we all can download that wallpaper?

And congrats on being among the lucky ones.

Yeah if it didn't unlock a tab then it won't show your name. At least you got a COG though they are pretty rare, did you have to hunt for it or did someone hand them out?
