Xbox help

My xbox isn't reading any of my games, one is brand new and has zero scratches and I just got a new xbox 2 weeks ago. I have been turning it off when I'm not using it but it still isn't reading anything.(Including DVDs.)

Help, Please.

If it's only two weeks old, bring it back to the store. You could also try cleaning the DVD lens? But if it's reading nothing at all, it sounds like a DVD drive failure, so bringing it back is your best option.

i would just take it back...forget trying to mess with any lens cleaning discs...those can sometimes harm the lens...happened to a dvd player of mine once....if its only 2 weeks old the easiest and most hassle free thing is just take the hour to exchange for a different one...and depending on which model you get...you might get another free subscription to Live with the new machine!!
