Go to your local library, ask the receptionist where Marcus is. Shell look around then lead you to the book "They Marched into Sunlight" take it out and there should be a cog behind the book.

Chill it was a joke because thats the location of one of the cogs someone found, minus the marcus part. ;)

I seriously doubt there will be any in oregon. Plus you talk about it like there are thousands and they are everywhere like weeds. There are none available right now, when coords get announced, they are usually snatched up within the hour.
