I have started readind the Gears of War book, which arrived yesterday. I'm on page 140 and there has been 3 battles. So far, it has been focused on the backstory of Carlos Santiago (Dom's bro), Marcus, Maria, their families and Hoffman. It has informed me about many things that make that characters what they are in Gears 1 and most likely Gears 2. Buy this book is you want to read and if you want to know more about the characters.
