You'll need a serious upgrade before you can play it. An Athlon 64 (not X2) is single-core, which is pretty well outdated for a computer system, especially a desktop, and even more so a computer for gaming. Radeon Xpress graphics are a type of integrated graphics system, which can barely run stuff from 5 years ago. We can offer some recommendations if you'd like though--you'll just have to tell us some more stuff about your system, and I can personally direct you to some great choices. (I've studied tons of hardware benchmarks and know what is great and what is not-so-great.)
