Confirmation on LA Universal cog tag?

It seems that a L.A. player has put a cog tag up on ebay.
Nobody seems to know if it is from universal city walk or another even.
Can we get some confirmation of it's existence still?

I am headed out there, but LBC is a bit far from Universal and I'd rather not waste the gas if I don't have to.

The Ebay tag is not the Universal one, it's from the E for All Event. I told him he can take the credit for the find or sell and let someone else have it. But that Tag is not from Universal.
