Hey all fellow aussies, I have good news..
There are alot of threads about events and stuff that happen in the US and the UK, but what about us? Are we not equally entitled to at least a good old fashioned LAN comp?
I am organising a tournament to be held at Macquarie University, North Ryde (Sydney) in cooperation with JB HI-FI and the local Microsoft chapter. At the moment, the plan is to hold it mid January 09, mainly due to other events on campus and the Christmas/new years idle time.
This thread is partly so I can get an idea of what magnitude of people would consider competing, so I know how many plasmas and consoles to rent for the day. So if there are ANY Sydney-area gamers in these forums, please, feel free to disclose your interest here.
