Gears of War saved data lost several times.

Ok well it all started one day when magically no one was here at my house for a while, I didn’t go near my system preferences in my xbox and I start up gears and realize all my acts, my option settings everything is gone. So basically my saved data got deleted! I was kind of pissed, so I just did the campaign again with a friend we took 3 days and got to the end of act 3. Next day as I was going to play it again all of my saved data got deleted again!! So now I am really pissed and didn’t play the acts anymore just played online, couple days later all my game settings got reset, SO IT GOT DELETED AGAIN! NOW IM SOO PISSED OFF. Main reason I got so pissed is for that I want linked achievements for gears 2, now I don’t know what to do. I do have a lot of achievements for gears of war, but I realize I need saved data as well for linked achievements to gears 2 in order to unlock characters etc.

can someone tell me why is this happening and what can I do about it. its been happening on a regular bases and I or no one did this.

and can someone also tell me about the linked achievements and how many/ what kinds are there?

Yep, happened to me 4 acts into Insane... lost all my kills, all achievement tracking.... pissed off, tbh

Lost my Insane progress too, as well as my achievement progress, and my unlockables (can't be Tai or Skorge!!!)

I Have played 2 Days time, All Waves, Insane Coop and all Collectables
but after playin coop with a new Account Partner to earn more kills my ensure Process is empty

no charakters
no Insane
no collectables
no Horde 50 Wave
No Kills
No Rounds
No online Rank

i had 9800 Kills and 600 Rounds, the other archievements are still unlocked but the loading-Line is Blank.

im very pissed of.
if there is none more f+++d up Part i will crush that Disc

never play local splitcreen campain or matches!!!
the glitches, laggy connections, to Much Bombs, vchainsaw kills, granade stuns, Dummies, etc are not bad as this crap.

Fix it and let me get my kills back

I just lost everything too. I still have my achievements and I can LOAD my previous saves, but when I go to select another level everything but the first scene is locked and all progress bars, collectibles, etc. gone/reset.

Man I hope there's a fix.

Ugh, just happened to me too. So frustrating. I lost all my seriously 2.0 progress, and I was 4/5 of the way through Insane...

This has happened to me at least 4-5 times and im really getting pissed off you know.

When i go see my achievements page for my gamertag it still shows all the things I've accomplished but when i play gears 2 i don't have ****.

no characters
no insane
no seriously 2.0
o collictables
no nothing.
