error message

when i start gears of war from my desktop i get an error message saying wargame-g4wlive and the game will not open. i've tied re-installing the game but it does not work the same thing happens every time the game is opened. i downloaded the title updates they don't work either my computer is way more compatable than the minimum system requirements can anyone help me fix this problem
