New Marcus Fenix figure?

I've heard that in Neca's series 2, there's a new Marcus Fenix figure with more articulation. Is this true, and what is the new articulation?

Yes, it's true.
I already have 2 Marcus figures (bought the original, then they made th ebox set with exclusive extras, and I got that, giving me 2. ) I have no need for a 3rd, even if it does have better articulation.
I'm a fan of NECA's work, by and large, but their marketing is obnoxious and difficult to trust. I always have to second guess when I buy something, lest a better version come out in a few weeks. And every now and then I get a figure that's missing pieces. (1st Marcus was missing th etie on his head-wear, and one flap on his Snub. One of my Theron is missing a loop on his back...)

Yep, the Series 2 Marcus has better arm articulation allowing you to pose him in something other than the original sculpted pose. There is also an "New" GOW2 version of Marcus in the Series 3 figures that release next year, along with a Marcus v.s. Locust Chainsaw set...
